I was just wondering about an exactly time and date for the 2007 event. I need to know this beforehand so that I can decide whether I'll be available to sell my prints there. Thank you.

I believe that is correct for the time also, but we may be starting at 10am, with an 8am lead-up for the artists to setup everything.

Seong is currently sorting out the official website for the event, so that will have the more comprehensive timings on it. The version I've edited from what was given to me did not have an absolute time as of yet for when it starts on the Sunday, so I cannot absolutely confirm the 8am setup time yet.

You are currently posting on the website of the event's official printery, so if you need anything printed I will list the cost and requirements for you.

Oh no . . . the 8th? I originally got told it was on the 12th . . . I believe I can't make it on the 8th as I have to go to Palmerston North for the Northern Region badminton competition. ><" Is this definite?

12th would be a Thursday, which is definitely not possible for any of us to do.

We could get the Regency room on a Sunday only, as it's a weekend, and during the working week is not suitable for the general public.

What we can do here is to simply present and sell your work for you at the event if you wish ( we've done this before at the last event )?

Also time in the morning is looking like 9am onwards, this should be confirmed quite soon.
